About Curtin Creek Neighborhood

Established in 2023, the Curtin Creek Neighborhood Association is a member of the Neighborhood Associations Council of Clark County, Washington (NACCC). NACCC is not an agent of Clark County government.

The primary goal of is to maintain and enhance the livability of our community.

All residents within the boundaries of the association are members and welcome participants in our partnership with local government and other community organizations.

The Curtin Creek Neighborhood Association is different from an HOA as the entity exists within the Clark County Council of Neighborhoods and serves over 4000 homes within it's boundaries and doesn't operate off of annual dues but rather the time and financial patronage of our community members.

What do Neighborhood Associations do?

  • Adopt bylaws for the organization that meet administrative guidelines for the Neighborhood Outreach Program and keep one copy on file with the county.
  • Maintain a current roster of board members and keep one copy on file with the county.
  • Hold at least one meeting per year. all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Our Mission

Empowering our community to cultivate a safe, clean, and vibrant neighborhood where residents collaborate towards unified goals. Through fostering friendships, celebrating diversity, and leveraging local resources, we seek to enhance the quality of life for all, preserve our unique heritage, and foster open communication with key stakeholders.

We want someone else to act. But miracles aren't what other people do. They're what each of us does. They're what happens when ordinary people take extraordinary action. To be a miracle doesn't mean you have to tackle problems across the globe. It means making a difference in your own living room, cubicle, neighborhood, community.
